HR Health Checks

A HR Health check is the best way for you to assess the level of HR compliance in your business.

You have legal obligations when it comes to your staff, and as employment law evolves, so do these obligations. A HR Health check will assess whether your documents, policies, and people practices are fair and compliant, and identify areas where changes should be made.

We work with you to see where you are with your HR compliance, either through an overall health check, or through a smaller focused check. This can include your policies and processes, how you recruit and onboard staff, how you manage HR queries and issues that arise, assess  your pay and benefit packages, sickness absence rates, employee relations cases (i.e., investigations and grievances etc).

A HR health check reviews a whole host of areas and can identify potential issues that you may not have even considered.

After your health check, you’ll be provided with a comprehensive report on the findings.

We’ll discuss your options for the next steps to mitigate any risks, and work together on an action plan of what you’d like to do and when.

Aside from assessing compliance, HR health checks are also effective in helping you grow as a business; exploring what you have in place, where your risks may be, and what you may need in place to get to the next phase.
