We know that grievances are a difficult process to go through for all parties involved. It’s not easy for staff to raise concerns and it can be difficult for managers to navigate their way in what to do next.
The starting point is to create an environment where staff have the opportunity to be heard and have a fair and robust policy in place that enables issues and grievances to be heard and addressed fairly.
We’ll be there to help you get to the root of the issues and deal with matters informally before they escalate.
If they’ve already reached a formal stage, we’ll help you with your legal requirements to set up a hearing, explore the issues and put practical and supportive solutions in place.
It may be that mediation is the best way forward - we can help there too.

We’ll take on the full role of Grievance Hearing Officer, ensuring that the process runs smoothly from start to finish. We’ll lead on the interviews, meetings, evidence gathering, communication and paperwork, providing you with the final outcome & guidance on ways to move forward.
From £80 per hour / £640 per day
